Introduction 

By participating in the competition, you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by Rogers Bro’s (Pty) Ltd.

Agreement to Terms and Conditions

By entering the competition, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these competition terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in disqualification from the competition and forfeiture of any prizes won.

Eligibility to Enter 

The competition is open to entrants over 18 years of age and located within South Africa. Rogers Bro’s & Lazeee Lounges employees and associates are excluded from the draw. By entering the competition, you confirm your eligibility and ability to receive any prizes awarded.

The Prize 

The winning prize will be a 6-Piece Sectional Supremo Lounge Suite covered in the full range of colors from our Monaco fabric range. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.

Winner Announcement 

The winner will be chosen at random and notified via a social media announcement (Facebook and Instagram) and contacted directly via Social Media (Facebook and Instagram) on 5/10/23 (Thursday, 5 October 2023). Rogers Bro’s (Pty) Ltd. will make two attempts to contact the winner via social media (Facebook and Instagram). If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the second attempt, they forfeit their right to the prize and Rogers Bro’s (Pty) Ltd. reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

Data Protection and Publicity 

Personal information provided will be used by Rogers Bro’s (Pty) Ltd for administering the competition and as specified in our Privacy Policy. Entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing ross@lazeeelounges.co.za. The winner agrees to release their first name and place of employment to other competition participants if requested by Rogers Bro’s.

Delivery of the Prize

The winner will allow 21 working days for the prize to be delivered. Alternative collection or delivery arrangements can be made through mutual agreement. Note that any costs associated with the transportation of the grand prize, including delivery fees, transportation charges and any other related costs, will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

Rogers Bro’s (Pty) Ltd. shall not be liable for any expenses or fees incurred by the winner in connection with the transportation or receipt of the prize. The winner acknowledges that they shall bear all costs and liabilities associated with the prize’s delivery, and any such costs shall not be reimbursed or compensated by Rogers Bro’s (Pty) Ltd.

In the event that the winner chooses to arrange for their own transportation or collection of the prize, Rogers Bro’s (Pty) Ltd. will coordinate with the winner to facilitate the handover of the prize at a mutually agreed location and time.

Limitation of Liability 

Rogers Bro’s (Pty) Ltd accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize, including indirect damages.

Participation Fees or Charges: 

Participation in the competition is based on liking our Post, Following the Rogers Bro’s Social Media Page/s and Purchasing a raffle ticket.. A purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win as you can gain free entry to the competition by winning the weekly “Predict and Win” posts in the campaign. Any costs associated with internet access, data usage, or other related expenses are the entrant’s responsibility.

General 

Rogers Bro’s (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions at any time.
